No advance booking required — just walk in. You pay the minimum rate (1–4h) on arrival to secure your box, then any extra hours used are calculated and added when you collect your bags.

Yes. Luggage Storage Venice is open and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can store and collect your luggage at any time, day or night, including early in the morning, late at night, weekends and holidays. The lockers are self-service, so access does not depend on staff opening hours.

The rate is €25 per day after the first 24 hours, regardless of the number of hours used. If you plan to store your luggage for several days, you can do so at the same daily rate.

You pay the minimum rate (1–4h) by card when you drop off your bags. Any extra hours are calculated and charged, by card, when you collect them. Card only — we do not accept cash.

There is no fixed limit on the number of bags, but each item must fit inside one of our lockers (84.5 × 51 × 61 cm). Groups and travellers with several bags are welcome, subject to locker availability.

Valuables such as cash, jewellery, precious metals and other high-value items are not permitted in the lockers. Fragile items should only be stored if appropriately protected. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the complete list of items that cannot be stored.

No, we don't accept oversized items such as bicycles, strollers or ski equipment. We can only store items that fit inside our boxes (84.5 × 51 × 61 cm).

You can leave your luggage for several days. The rate is €25 per day after the first 24 hours. Items not collected within 5 days will be considered abandoned, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Our luggage storage is centrally located and easy to reach from Venice's main arrival points. 🚆 From Venice Santa Lucia train station: about a 6-minute walk, crossing just one bridge. 🚌🚖 From Piazzale Roma (bus and taxi terminal): about an 8-minute walk, crossing two bridges. 🚢 From the Venice Cruise Terminal: take the People Mover to Piazzale Roma, then walk about 8 minutes to reach us. Whether you arrive by train, bus, taxi or cruise ship, our central location lets you start exploring Venice without carrying your luggage.

From Venice Santa Lucia train station, our luggage storage is about a 6-minute walk away. When leaving the station, keep left, cross Ponte degli Scalzi, turn right onto Fondamenta San Simeon Piccolo, then turn left into Calle del Traghetto Vecchio and left again into Calle Sechera. You only need to cross one bridge, making the walk easy even if you're carrying luggage.

From Piazzale Roma (Venice's bus and taxi terminal), our luggage storage is about an 8-minute walk away via Campo de la Lana, crossing two bridges. If you're arriving by cruise ship, take the People Mover to Piazzale Roma, then follow the same walking route to reach us in about 8 minutes.

Yes. Many of our customers use our luggage storage before hotel or apartment check-in and after check-out. Instead of carrying your bags around Venice, you can safely store them with us and enjoy the city until your accommodation is ready or before your departure.

Yes. Our luggage storage is a convenient option for cruise passengers arriving in or departing from Venice. After taking the People Mover to Piazzale Roma, you can reach our location in about 8 minutes on foot, leave your luggage and enjoy Venice without carrying heavy bags.

Phone information and general customer assistance are available every day from 10am to 8pm. For urgent issues, WhatsApp emergency assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The luggage storage and self-service lockers remain fully accessible 24/7/365, independently of assistance hours.
